Do I keep my business number?
That’s the goal. We’ll check your phone provider’s forwarding options and choose how calls reach the assistant during setup.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
We set boundaries for what the assistant can answer. For questions outside those boundaries, the goal is to collect the caller’s details so you can follow up.
Can it book into my calendar?
Booking is part of the service. We’ll confirm your calendar, availability, and integration options before agreeing on your setup.
